Site Management System (SMS)

The Site Management System (SMS) is a fully automated online self-service business transaction processing solution for use by energy retailers, self-retailers and Rural Electrification Associations (REAs). It is used to help manage the enrollment, de-enrollment, energizing and/or de-energizing of customer sites.

This industry leading application allows you to gain control of your processes and seamlessly interface with all Load Settlement Agents (LSAs) and Wires Service Providers (WSPs).

With SMS, you can:

• Enroll and/or de-enroll customer sites
• Energize and/or de-energize customer sites
• Generate detailed, time-stamped transaction files which support the load settlement and tariff billing reconciliation process
• Submit transactions to WSPs and LSAs independently
• Generate status reports
