Customer Care Team

All members of our Alberta based Customer Care Team have had extensive training to be the point of contact for customers and fully understands the UTILITYnet billing system, enrollment process and unique market conditions in Alberta.

The duties of the Customer Care Team include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with their questions regarding enrollment, billing, consumption issues and providing general energy market knowledge via phone, email and live on-line chat.
• Processing customer applications for electricity and natural gas service as well as green energy.
• Providing quotes for energy services for interested customers.
• Help Desk for My Account, assisting customers with resetting passwords and adding and removing services as well as viewing and downloading customer invoices.
• Promoting individual Community Energy Marketer programs with new and existing customers, such as loyalty programs or charitable projects.
• Collection activity for defaulted payments.
